Terms and Conditions

Before starting your adventure with ZanBuddy Tours and Safaris, please read and understand the following terms and conditions:

1. 1. Booking Process: You can book your tour now and pay later, or just pay a 20% deposit to secure your spot.
   2. Cancellation Policy: For excursions, you can cancel up to 24 hours before the start date. For safaris, you can cancel up to 7 days before the start date.
   3. Changes to Bookings: You can change your excursion plans up to 3 days before, and safari plans up to 7 days before the start date. Please let us know if you need to make changes.
   4. Travel Insurance: We recommend getting travel insurance. It’s a good safety net for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or if your luggage gets lost.
   5. Health and Fitness: Make sure you’re healthy and fit for the tours. If you have any health concerns or dietary needs, please tell us when you book. Also, let us know if you prefer not to have your photos used for our promotional materials.
   6. Photographs: We love to show off our tours with photos that might include you. If you’d rather not be in our promotional images, just tell us.
   7. Force Majeure: Sometimes, things out of our control like natural disasters or political unrest might force us to change or cancel tours. We’ll do our best to let you know what’s happening as soon as possible.
   8. Privacy Policy: Your personal information is safe with us. We use it only for booking your tour and won’t share it with others without your permission.
